We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lisa Eldridge Beauty purchase; if you are not entirely happy, we offer a 14-day return window for products in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused items in their original primary and secondary packaging, ensuring the product is well-protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
